Serbian Auto and Karting Sports Federation

Digital platform for competitions, results, clubs, drivers and media content

Serbian Auto and Karting Sports Federation
β€œ

A complete digital platform developed for the Serbian Auto and Karting Sports Federation, with a full CMS, competition results, event calendar, clubs, competitors, large photo and video galleries and integrated digital communication.

About the project

The digital platform for the Serbian Auto and Karting Sports Federation was developed as a central online destination for presenting the federation, competitions, clubs, competitors and motorsport activities in Serbia.

The project included complete website design and development, a full CMS administration system and a wide range of functionality specific to the organization and presentation of motorsport competitions.

The portal supports competition calendars, results, announcements, documentation, club and competitor profiles, as well as information about cities hosting races.

A particularly important part of the system is its support for large photo and video galleries, with some individual race events containing more than 1,000 photographs.

Challenge

The main challenge was organizing many different types of content and data within one system while keeping day-to-day administration simple.

A motorsport portal needs to manage a dynamic competition calendar, results, clubs, competitors, documents, announcements and a very large volume of photo and video content.

Another challenge was handling extremely large event galleries while maintaining clear navigation and a usable experience.

As the platform evolved, the federation also required more direct communication with competitors and a central place for distributing official information.

Our solution

We developed a complete web portal and custom CMS that allows administrators to manage news, competition calendars, results, clubs, competitors, host cities, documentation, photo and video galleries and other content.

Competition results and calendars are managed directly through the administration interface, allowing the website to be updated quickly throughout the racing season.

The platform was designed to support very large media galleries and significant volumes of event photography.

Through continued development, the system was expanded with competitor user accounts and centralized website-based notifications.

The digital presence was further supported through Facebook and Instagram campaigns, as well as live race broadcasting on Facebook and YouTube.

RESULT

The result is a central digital platform for the Serbian Auto and Karting Sports Federation that brings together competitions, results, clubs, competitors, host cities, documentation and extensive media content.

The portal combines the organizational, informational and media aspects of motorsport within a single system, while the full CMS allows the federation to independently manage and update content throughout the competition season.

Through continued development, the system has evolved beyond a traditional sports website into a broader digital platform for competitor communication and multi-channel event coverage.
