AP Manager is a web-based platform developed for centralized management of accommodation properties and the daily business processes related to reservations.
The system combines property and accommodation unit management, reservations, guest information, payment records, finances, reporting and user roles within a single interface.
The platform was designed as a multi-tenant system, ensuring that each account can access only its own properties, reservations and business data, while different user roles provide controlled access to system functionality.

Challenge
Managing accommodation properties involves a large number of connected data points: reservations, arrival and departure dates, guests, payments, expenses, unit availability and tasks performed by different members of the team.
One of the main challenges was creating a system that brings all of this information together while ensuring that different owners and users can access only the data associated with their own account.
The platform also needed to support multiple user roles and remain flexible enough for future expansion with channel integrations, automated communication and direct booking functionality.

Our solution
We developed a centralized web platform based on a multi-tenant architecture and role-based access control.
Property owners can manage properties, accommodation units, reservations, payments and financial information from a single system, while access to individual functions can be controlled according to each user role.
The administration interface enables fast creation and editing of reservations, status tracking, payment confirmation and linking financial information to individual bookings.
The platform was built using a modular architecture, allowing additional functionality and integrations to be introduced without changing the core structure of the system.

The interface was designed to keep a large amount of operational data clear and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, while the modular architecture allows the platform to be extended with external services and booking channel integrations.
